Hello lovelies, it's that time again for a little update of all things Stitch'n'Shenanigans.
In this time of uncertainty and extreme unhappiness where we are all faced with such a difficult situation I have taken the desision not to be too frivelous with this blog post.
The picture above was taken in the Sussex Guild shop in Lewes a week before it needed to close due to Covid-19 I was reading Beatrix Potter's The tale of Mr Tod to Barnaby Hare which he thoroughly enjoyed, It was just after story time had finished and Barnaby was telling every customer about Mr Tods exploits that a wonderfull lady entered the shop and after he had regaled her with the adventures of Mr Tod I could see that she had been competely beguiled by the very young hare.
Without further ado a adoption was quickly arranged and Barnaby was heading off to Merseyside I am hoping to be in receipt of some pictures of Barnaby in his new home in the near future.
I Announced on Facebook and Instagram that there would be a large update to the Stitch'n'Shenanigans shop as all of the shows which the creatures were due to be appearing in have been cancelled for the foreseeable future and I would like to take the opportunity here to introduce you to my new range of collectables and seedlings.
I have the pleasure of introducing to you Hannah Hare she is a very colourful young lady who has come to me directly from completing her further education at the Royal Lepus college of fine art and creativity where she graduated with honours. She is particularly fond of working with fine fabrics as can be seen by her attire.
I do have a tale to tell about Heathcliffe Hare but this will have to wait until the next when hopefully better news and times will be the order of the day.
